For HK and International shipping?

Hong Kong

  • All local orders will be shipped by SF Express. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been dispatched with your tracking number. To track your order, simply enter your tracking number here: www.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/waybill/.

International

  • Please get in touch with our team for a special arrangement.

When will my order be shipped?

We endeavour to send out your orders ASAP. Please allow 2-3 days for your orders to be processed (cleansed and packaged with care) and sent to a local address in Hong Kong. We trust that SF Express will deliver your package within a reasonable time period. For international orders, please allow for an additional 3-4 days.

What are the International taxes, duties, etc. that I have to be aware of?

You will be responsible for International taxes and duties in your jurisdiction. Please contact the Customs Office in the destination country for additional information.

What do I do if my order is damaged?

Our products are carefully hand-packed and passed through quality control before they are dispatched to you. Please inspect the products and notify us immediately of any problem with your order within 7 days of receipt to place a replacement order.
